Shipping & Returns
Online Purchasing
Timepieces purchased from Alpina may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.
Payment
Alpina accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
Alpina will only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Billing Page.
Pre Orders & Back Orders
At Alpina, you can reserve a watch from an upcoming launch before they sell out. Each pre-order has an expected ship date assigned.
You can simply add a pre-order item to your cart, just like any other item, and proceed to checkout. You are required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order. When using a credit card or debit card as your payment method, a pre-authorization hold will be processed. This transaction will typically “fall off” and be released back to your card in approx. 4-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Once the order is ready to ship, your order will be processed for the full amount. Please make sure your card does not expire between the time you place your order and the time your item is expected to ship. This will cause processing delays). After the order has completed its processing time, you will receive a shipping email notification once tracking information has been generated.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders, including expedited orders, will be shipped from our facility within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will begin processing the following business day.
All timepieces will ship via UPS 2-Day service. Orders over $450 will ship signature required.
We are unable to ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
Alpina does not charge for 2-Day shipping.
If you wish to expedite your order, the charge for UPS Overnight shipping will be $30. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
Tracking
As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact us immediately.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled.
Returns
We can only accept returns of products in original condition (unworn, with original packaging, and any removed links included) and purchased from our website. Any gift with purchase items must also be returned; in the event that any of these items are not returned, additional charges may apply.
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
Gift Cards & Expedited shipping charges (UPS 2-Day & UPS Overnight) are Non-Refundable.
Holiday Return Policy
For your convenience, orders placed between 11/1/24 and 12/24/24 can be returned until 1/24/25.
We are only able to accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. These items must be in their original condition (unworn and with original packaging). Any links that have been removed must also be included. Additionally, any items received as gifts with purchase must be returned; failure to return any of these items may result in additional charges.
Once your return has been received at our facility, please allow up to two weeks for the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction.
Gift Cards & Expedited shipping charges (UPS 2-Day & UPS Overnight) are Non-Refundable.
