Shipping & Returns
Online Purchasing
Timepieces purchased from Alpina may be shipped within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities, fulfill only part of an order, or split shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to modify the terms or duration of any promotional offers at any time.
Payment Options
Alpina accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

We only accept credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon approval, your payment will be processed and your card will be charged. Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping address.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Alpina allows you to reserve select upcoming timepieces through pre-order. Each pre-order will display an expected shipping date. To reserve your item, simply add it to your cart and complete the checkout process with a valid payment method.
If you pay by credit or debit card, a pre-authorization hold may be placed on your account. This typically clears within 4–7 business days, depending on your card issuer. Once the item is ready to ship, your card will be charged and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping & Delivery
Alpina proudly offers complimentary UPS 2-Day shipping on all orders. Orders over $450 will require a signature upon delivery.
All orders, including those with expedited shipping, are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPO addresses.
If you wish to upgrade to UPS Overnight shipping, a flat fee of $30 will apply. Saturday delivery is not available at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear and update on the UPS portal.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn timepieces purchased directly from us.alpinawatches.com , provided they are in their original condition, including packaging and any removed links. Any promotional gift-with-purchase items must also be returned; failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing once your item is received at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Expedited shipping charges (UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.
Holiday Return Policy
To make your holiday shopping easier, any orders placed between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025 are eligible for returns through January 24, 2026.
We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging included. If any links have been removed, they must be returned with the item as well. Additionally, any free gifts received with your purchase must be included in the return. Failure to return these items may result in additional charges.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method as the original order.
Please note that expedited shipping fees (UPS Overnight) are non-refundable.
